NDTA reviews and qualifies companies and projects before approved opportunities are shared with our hauler network.
Tell us what the project needs, who is responsible for the work, the truck requirements, rate structure, payment terms, and project requirements. If the company and project qualify, NDTA may approve the opportunity for network access.
We do not open the hauler network to every project.
NDTA protects the companies in our hauler network by reviewing the buyer and the project before an opportunity is shared.
We look at who is requesting the trucks, whether the project can be verified, what equipment is needed, how the haulers will be paid, and what requirements come with the work.
This helps reduce wasted calls, unclear projects, missing information, and opportunities that are not ready for haulers to evaluate.
Qualification does not guarantee truck availability.
NDTA member haulers independently decide which opportunities they want to pursue.

NDTA presents the approved project information so member haulers can evaluate the opportunity. NDTA does not assign trucks or decide which hauler must take the project. The buyer and responding hauler handle their direct business relationship, scheduling, transportation agreement, and payment.
