Hauling Opportunities

Direct hauling-capacity requests NDTA receives from contractors and brokers.

These are direct requests from contractors or brokers who have asked NDTA to find hauling capacity. NDTA reviews the details and posts what can responsibly be shared. When a request fits your trucks, open it and share your interest using the NDTA Hauler Opportunity Form.

The contractor or broker confirms rates and makes final truck selections. NDTA does not dispatch trucks or set rates. Submitting interest does not guarantee selection or work.

How it works

Receive, review, post, and follow up.

  1. 1

    NDTA receives a direct opportunity

A contractor or broker sends NDTA a hauling opportunity through a form, a call, a direct message, or another direct handoff. A public bid notice or researched project without a direct opportunity handoff is not listed here.

  2. 2

NDTA reviews and posts shareable work details

NDTA reviews the directly received request and posts the shareable work details. Rates and final truck selection remain for the contractor or broker to confirm.

  3. 3

You share interest in a specific opportunity

Open a request that fits your trucks, review the details, and submit the NDTA Hauler Opportunity Form with that request's reference. If the form does not prefill the reference, enter it by hand.

  4. 4

    NDTA follows up

NDTA reviews your information and follows up if there is a relevant next step. The contractor or broker controls hiring and rates. Interest is not selection or work.
