What to include
- Project location — city, county, or job site region.
- Truck requirements — tandem, tri-axle, quad, flow-boy, or trailer specs.
- Timeframe & volume — start date, daily truck count, and duration.
- Onsite contact & COI — site onboarding and insurance endorsement requirements.
Submission is a request for review. NDTA is an industry association — not a freight broker or dispatcher. Submitting a request does not confirm truck availability, a hauling contract, dispatch, or fulfillment.
